Welcome to the Pre85MXWA Home Page

Pre85mxwa is a club that has been formed to accommodate people wanting to ride and restore bikes built before December 1984.  It has certainly been proven that this era of bikes is growing very strong in popularity and will continue to do so, as a result many people have these treasures hiding in there sheds and now is the time to dust them off, fuel it up, kick ‘m over and bring them out for a day of riding and enjoy the company of many likeminded people.

Manjimup 15000 Photos

Photos from the Manjimup 15000 over the June 2010 Long Weekend are now online!

Manjimup 15000, what a weekend, yes a weekend!! A view from the back of the pack

Let start pre weekend and the work put in by our fearless, yet sometime homicidal president Paul Copley.  I spoke to Paul many times in the lead up to the event.  I remember to speak slowly as he was actually living in Manjimup and also made certain i didn’t refer to any vegetables, just in case he was related to them!!!

People have to realise that a lot of work went into getting pre85 and filling pre85 on the programme.  Many people stated they were going to enter and a few failed to follow through. Well let me tell you from the point of view of a very old man (well that’s the way I ride, apparently) you missed a brilliant meeting.
